It has been 35 years that she is running this stunning Alibaba Cavern. “ I bought this building in 1980 and all my friends advised me to do something with the boutique, so I decided to open my own vintage shop, and since then nothing has changed!”.
Joanna is an ex French Connection, she knows how to transform a vintage shop into a glamorous and trendy fashion cavern: she adapts her selection and her style to the season: “My clients come from all over the world and from all parts of London”.
In this shop you’ll find: green leather high heels Made in Italy for £5, A Diane Von Furstenberg dress 100% silk for £39, a super trendy cashmere jumper for £15, Juicy Couture corduroy flared trousers for £18 and a patterned shirt for £9. Nothing is left behind in this amazing shop. We now understand why all the it-girls and the fashionistas swear by Antique!
Why do we love this shop? Everything is meticulously presented (Joanna washes, repairs and adjusts all the pieces she receives), the window is changed quite often, the clothes are perfectly presented and there is a big turnover (every 3 or 4 days). A flawless selection presented at very attractive prices. You are going to crave for a new wardrobe!!!
